Polar Express

The title of this post might be a slight exaggeration, but the last pictures posted included crystal clear water and 82°.  Currently, we are anchored in Deltaville, VA wearing sweatpants and cooking a pot of chili to warm the boat…what a difference 600 miles can make!

The month of May has been filled with a lot of travel days, two separate weeks of fun with grandchildren, and an extended battle with strep and upper respiratory infections…ugh! 

As previously mentioned, we returned from the Bahamas the last week of April. Since that time we have been working our way up the east coast, heading for our home port in Pasadena, Maryland. We have seen a LOT of marsh land, as windy conditions have forced us to travel in the Intracoastal Waterway instead of going ‘outside’ and traveling in the ocean.
